Happy Anniversary of Sbek Thom (shadow of the story)

We celebrated anniversary of Sbek Thom shadow theatre having been inscribed on Unesco’s Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity list on November 25, 2005.

We can also be called ‘Big Skin’ and it is a kind of shadow art that uses leather carvings, the performer show by traditional dancing in front of the light and make many stories of our histories. The shows are often performed at night on a big gathering or events.
